OMAD again yesterday ;-) Loving it (except when I'm making hubby's lunch and prepping dinner and it's outside of my eating window). Thought about making the lunch after I ate, but once i've eaten I'm done - I just want to play with the dog, take a few pictures and call it a night. Happy Thursday everyone - I'm off to meet the trainer at the gym today - wish me luck!
