I am making slow progress but I'll take any progress and be happy!! My diet is working.
Today I ate some butter with my eggs. I don't normally. I eat lean protein for breakfast and lunch but eat some veggies and carbs with the lean protein for dinner.

148.2 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
