I struggle with the exercise component. I'm a stroke survivor. Some days just getting out of bed is exhausting. I need to reduce carbs increase protein
275.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

sorry it is such a struggle to get out of bed. but your diet looks like you are doing well.

Don't worry about anything but calories. Exercise is just a bonus. If you stick to the math it will work.
