I really need to get back on akins and forget trying to do other foods I suck at it, so as of yesterday back on it, I can NOT and will NOT get to 200 pounds again, i am beyond frustrated with myself.

Hi Sandra, I love the Atkins lifestyle and I have accepted the fact that I will have to eat this way the rest of my life, since it seems carbs make me break out in FAT!!! Today is a new day and with this new day you have new choices. You can do this, look at far you have come on the Atkins program!!! Stay Strong and your body will love you for it!!!
