Sticking with the low glycemic lifestyle (not on a diet), my weight is stable with little or no effort. In a month or so, I will try to lose another 10 pounds, but for now, I am coasting with no negative effect on my weight.

Everybody needs to read "Sugar Busters", the correct lifestyle.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
