Back on track after falling off the wagon weekend. Next week I will be going back out the road with my husband. I do most of the cooking on the truck. He is a die hard country eater. If the meat is not fried then he don't eat. in such a small space it will be difficult to cook in such a small area for two different people. I'm determined to make it work.
