Thank you! I wondered if I’d have an initial drop of like 8 pounds, but I realize drops like that are water weight, which I didn’t have since I for like ever exercise and eat “right”, so this tells me Keto is exactly what I needed, a structured and new WOE since eating right and exercise was not resulting in a 3-lb. weight loss in a week 😊
