@w.nda kemarin aku plateu lama bgt kak sekitar 1,5 bulanan. Udah aku coba metode zig zag juga ngga banyak ngaruh. Olahraga tetep, gym sama kadang cardio (lari, sepeda, skipingan). Dr semua yg udah aku lakuin intinya sabar aja menghadapi masa plateu kak, soalnya emang kadang bikin greget 😂
