😭😭😭😭 it’s been such a journey! 9.7 kgs in 11 weeks! Such a long way to go but I’d be lying if I said I was not content..this lifestyle is not easy but so worth it!

271.2 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
