verdict: Its the sweets. its the fatty things. Its the portions. Now that I have identified the problem, what' the cure? Being self concious? Not being so; ohhhh it tastes so good, so why not have a little more? I've gotten a lot better at that anyway.

Working out too, I'm sure, is helping, I'm just not seeing anything at the moment.

Okay. I need to stop it with the sweets. Honestly.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 4.1 lb a week

try eating a larger portion of something healthy, AND a portion of what you crave. Cutting it out completely always backfires for me. Or find a lower calories version of the sweets and fatty foods.
