Gotta say getting on that scale definetly put me in a good mood, for a min I was still questioning why I was doing this. Just wasn't seeing the results I thought I would be getting. I changed my habits competely an I didn't ease into them I just went cold turkey. I was tired of living the way I was completely destructive with my body, then one day woke up an say wtf am I doing. Today is a great day for my books.
