Feeling Crappy! Literally - 2 days in a row the scale's gone up - I'm not going... Quitting the multi-vitamin I started - it's got iron in it which causes me grief. So glad it's Thursday - I've got 5 days off after today - yippee! Now I'm ransack my cupboards to see what I've got in the house to help get things moving - fingers crossed tomorrow's weigh in is better.

Giggle for the day: Q: Which food cures constipation? A: Mangoes Too bad they're not 0 carbs… 189.6
189.4 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
