Dammit I need to try even harder. Only 10 weeks until the wedding and still 7kgs to lose 😥 I am going to exercise from now on, that’s the only thing I haven’t done yet. Running Monday’s, Friday’s & Saturday’s & weight training on Wednesday’s. I need to get there else I’ll never forgive myself.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
