daily weigh in is causing me anxiety and when I don’t see the results I want to see I get discourage. this is my last day doing this I’ll start doing it once a week.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
