I should have registed teh sudden weight drop earlier. I had a 1.5 kg drop on the second day. It is mainly glycogen that i had built up in my system. I am still losing very well other wise but more steadily. Though last night was .5kg whihc is a bit much but as i have a bit of catch up to do i don't mind. I know it will slow down soon.
