Water weight up, because I ate carbs during the week, so my diet wasn't great! I also went back to cross fit, so muscles are sore.

Happy Friday everyone!
168.2 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
