I really must comment as to why my weight has not changed during the past month. Well it has changed - up 1.2; down 0.8, up 0.6, down 0.2 etc. etc. until I ended up at 258 right where I started so many weeks ago. YUCK! BUT - I do seem to be started in the right direction this week so I will take it and begin again. Trying my best to find the positiveness in all these ups and downs. :o)
