We were out of town the first four days of the month and I weighed 162.4 when we returned. Unfortunately, we ate out quite a bit at the end of last week and the and over weekend causing my weight to go up almost four pounds. Typical meal at a restaurant is 1000 calories or more. Now that I'm back to making my own meals again I've dropped almost two pounds in the last two days.
