I bought a fitness tracker and I am so excited to use it tonight at my exercise class! I really love when I can quantify the work I do so that I can accurately work out my daily deficit! I love working with numbers so this is my new toy! Hopefully it will bring a wave of motivation with it. Does anyone else use one? How accurate do you find it?
133.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
