Well I got away with it! 242.8 so I lost a pound, well I'll take that happily considering what I've eaten.
I will say it I didn't go mad with Carbs, but I ate quite a lot of bad stuff and more importantly drank loads of alcohol.
i won't push my luck further, back on diet now properly and no alcohol in the house.
