verdict: I eat too much crap - its the sandwiches and the inconsistent working out. So heres the deal, I revised 'twinkling stars own diet' and have decided the best things to eat are fruits, vegetables, nuts and water . . . very vegetarian, other things work, but those are favorable. Bread and grains avoided, moderation of granola, moderation of juice. Mostly water and fiber. Protein as well, but not a protein bar, and not in a thick sauce. I'm going to try very hard to stick to this: oh yes, avoidance of as many sweets as possible, as well as cheese and alcohol. Because my weight is beginning to piss me off.
