TB 152, sebelum puasa BB 55kg, tgl 24 Mei start pake FS BB 53.7kg..
Dr tgl 24 Mei smp 4 Juni ak pake herbalife shake, stlh itu cuma diet minus kalori aja saiii tp alhamdulillah turun juga..
