I am doing well this week..just have to prepare for this weekend so I dont blow it again. Have to make myself some shakes and plan on not eating sweets even if my BF eats it in front of me. 😖 I keep looking at pix of when I was 145lbs for motivation. I am my own competition.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
