Once you get down to like around 1500 calories you can go back and look at the month of may on my profile for menu ideas that is where I started out 1500

your lucky you still have enough calories allowed to eat bacon, that and black olives are taboo for me now :( if I add either one of those to my diet it blows everything way off, - fats and calories
