BB masih tetep padahal minggu kemarin melebihi BMR terus dikarenakan Redday 😁😂
Alhamdulillah ternyata bener ya kalo defisit kalori itu BB nggak yoyo 🤗🤗
185.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
