Measured my Body Fat % yesterday and I'm down to 10.6% !
Only That ankle injury did a real number on my progress but I'm back on track now. Only 3.5 pounds of fat to go.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
