First weigh-in and entry since going on vacation(Scottsdale). Gained 10+ pounds because of the good eating and missed workouts. Getting back on track this week. No more fast food lunches and high calorie snacks.

Yesterday's WOD 7-17-12 7:30pm All Levels: A. Power Clean, Power Clean + Front Squat, Full Squat Clean, 5 sets, build the weight (moderate weight) B. 2 Rounds - 1 Sandbag Clean + 15sec Sprint (Run), rest 2min, 15sec Sprint (back towards your Sandbag), rest 2min, 1 Sandbag Clean + 15sec Sprint, rest 5min *Power Clean work was performed with 95lbs. *Sand Bag was 75lbs, not 100% throughout the sprints but running forn was a lot better as the workout progressed.
