Lost a bit without any effort as I'm not lifting, just circumstances making it not fit in with my odd schedule. Been walking a bit more than normal too. Weight falls off. Start lifting again though and weight sticks like glue :-( I'll get there :-) I keep researching and learning :-) I should point out too my biceps are deffo larger and since I don't train them specifically we can probably assume I'm more muscular, to a small degree, all over. This obviously has its effect on my weight.
301.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
