Sejauh ini, berat badan stuck bgt, tp gpp lah ya, yg penting baju2 lama yg tadinya sesek, udah bs di pake lagi, alhamdulillah..
177.5 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
