143.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know its easy to get discouraged, but don't.....Just keep going and attempt to examine closely your intake of certain items. Make the minor adjustments on the fly nothing to dramatic to give your body time to adjust. You'll be okay, just keep moving....i'm cheering 4 u !!!!! ;) Seems like I've been losing in slow motion as well. Haven't seen anything dramatic or huge, but even the smallest of changes have an impact. Here for support should you need it !!!!
