This week has been a bad week for eating healthy. Between a move to a new home, midterms and then grading these midterms. I have barely found time to eat or exercise. My roommate and my husband both have had to remind me to eat, and on two occasions we just ordered McDonalds for delivery. I’m hoping as the new week begins, I will find time to eat properly and exercise again.
