Weigh in today, although it isn't a big loss is encouraging, because there is at least data points showing a downward trend instead of being all over the place or going in the opposite direction.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
