Sorry you are bummed out. What plan are you following? Most plans will give you a deficit if you follow them diligently. On some plans it does take longer to see weight loss. Just a suggestion...go to another online calculator to figure out calorie and macro intake. FS is too high. I like keto calculator and there are several others. Some plans you may need to tweak to fit your lifestyle. Good Luck!
