Really kind of bummed that my weight isn't going down. Been counting calories every day, working out three of the last four days HARD, and in general being much healthier (hardly any fried foods, more chicken, etc.). Don't know why I'm stalling when I was doing so well at first. Praying hard for help.
282.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 83.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When I workout harder than normal I retain water for a couple of days til my body gets use to the more intense routine. Weight yourself next week....my hope is for u to not give up...be encouraged!

Keep up the good tracking work. I've been honking that a visit to a dietician would convince me to cut more salt, and balance my carbs/fat/protein ratio differently. You look like you're really doing well at the physical exercise too :-)

Thanks you guys. It's nice to have support. It can be frustrating sometimes, but you're right. Need to look at the positives.
