This past week, I didn't follow the diet so well. I was strayed by hamburgers, stromboli's, & steak! But, considering, I only gained .8 lb. That's not too shabby! I did enjoy a walk with my dogs yesterday, which goes to show you that a little exercise can mean wonders! KEEP ON TRYING!!!!!!
