I'm doing IF, only eating between 12 midday and 8pm. I'm still lifting, and staying strong. Seems good so far! Just as well as my BP was 177/108 a few days ago, that's not survivable for long periods. It's come a long way down from that now though, 169/83. I'll carry on, and I have an appointment at the doctor's on Friday, but by then I might not need it :-)
304.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
