Considering I was at church youth camp, I was eating whatever they served, and, although I was sending my food intake to my sis, it wasn't being recorded and therefore tracked, I think only gaining a pound is pretty good!! I did get plenty of exercise while I was there. I truly believe that made the difference!! Anyway, I'm back, in control and ready to continue on my weightloss journey!! :)
