The south Pacific cruise added about 3kg and every delicious morsel was worth it. Docked last Thursday (today is Monday), weighed 89.1kg on Friday and I have dropped to 87.6kg today because I severely limited grain and sugar carbohydrates and restricted my wine intake. I suspect my water retention disappeared too. Back to the low carb and watch the calories (oh my wine) way of eating I go. Onward and downward!
