Hi All. I am struggling a little bit, The loneliness is beginning to sink in. yes, I am busy. Yes, I have friends and lots of love and support, but it keeps hitting me in the face quite a bit at the moment. How does one snap out of this, I am beginning to drive myself 😠. I am looking forward to going to Manchester, but I still have this niggling feeling that life will be shit, not sure how to stop it. sorry to be a pain. Hello lovely people, how are you all? I'm good and everything went well in Camber but I don't know how to show you, so if anyone knows how to show a video, I would be delighted to show you all. For those's of you experiencing loss of someone very special, please shout out. We are all here to help you. We'll, with anything, rearly. Don't hesitate. What a day, Lyn, Kevin, and I went down to Camber to meet Angie, Anne, and Dave to scatter Jim's ashes. The weather stayed dry, thank goodness. We then went to the same fish and chip. Jim and l went last year. so that was rather special. we were back home by 21.45. I shall be in bed shortly, extremely tired 😫. so good night, everyone. I will catch up soon. Much love ❤️ Merry Mel

Hi everyone, how are you all? I have been so very busy. work, swimming, and 12, 810 steps. Got a friend visiting shortly ☺️. so that will do me good. My weigh day is Saturday, I am going to Camber to scatter Jim's ashes with our friends. I have been detoxing this week and next before I go to Manchester to see my cousin Irene. I am excited but sad, too, as Jim won't be with me. I hope you all have a great rest of the week. much love ❤️ Merry Mel ❤️
