This is so frustrating! In the first few
days
of my diet I lost 3.5 pounds but since that weigh in I have remained the
exact
same weight. I have been following my diet 100%, I'm not underestimating my calories. There is no way my body is only burning 1200 a day causing me to stay at the same weight. I've never had this problem before, I don't understand it. =[

Lately I find myself counting how many calories I still need to eat to stay healthy rather than counting how many calories I have left for the day. I don't understand it. At all. I'm on a 1200 calorie diet, it is 7:00 and I still need to eat 500 calories. I've done this before enough times and I have never had it so easy. Even when I am not dieting I get moody, out of it and tired if I do not eat enough by a certain time. This is just strange to me....

Obviously I have not been tracking my food. I'm surprisingly the EXACT same weight as I was last week though. I feel I
need
to find a balance. I get to hard on myself and stress out until I can't take it anymore and then I spend a whole two weeks saying "fuck it" and eating/drinking what I want. No bueno.
