This is my favourite most simple and nutrious breakfast. 2 fried eggs, half an Avo on 2 slices of Cape Seeded Bread 😋🤤 Washed down with a lekker cuppa coffee. Breakfast is my most favouritr meal of the day

I got to the top of mountain of loosing 20kgs and looked around to find no one there to celebrate it with me.
Im still really proud of my achievements but now I understand more in life and the decisions I need to make.
My faith is growing stronger each day and I am so blessed that Jesus reached out his hand to lift me up from the darkness. It's all through his grace and glory that I can achieve this.
Off to Mozambique for a fishing weekend. Will eat lots of prawns, fish and chicken 😂😁 there is quiet a hike to the beach so will burn out the calories there 🤞

Lunch was a delicious salad with red onion, tomatoes,olives, cucmbers, bulgar wheat, chicken breast, crunchita lettuce and beautiful yogurt &tahini dressing .... Sooooooo yummy

Aaargh... Upset that I have only emerged from a bad space today. I didn't exercise on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I also indulged on the weekend.... Praying I can strengthen my mind during thesr bad moment. Need to figure out a knack of talking myself out of it... Maybe I should have something written down to look at everyday.... Don't know a lot right now but what I do know is that God will rescue me and honor me for all the days of my life
