Good morning FS friends! Nothing much is going on in my world of as late. I am in a spring cleaning mood and have started to rip my house apart room by room - maybe it's because of the empty nest thing, but either way it's getting done. Weight..well still at 147, flirting w/146, and hoping to officially see that before the end of this week.

Had a SUPER bad Friday and binged on carbs and not good ones. Had Chinese w/my son for lunch, had pizza for dinner, girl scout cookies (didn't bother counting how many) and an ice cream bar. Saturday, I went right back to a total detox day and pretty much did the same yesterday. Is it wrong to say that it felt good to have binged like that and jump right into detox the following day? Either way, my weight isn't fluctuating and I do believe I've jumped started my body again. I was flirting w/148/147 for DAYS and now I'm flirting the other way. I will know in a few days if it actually helped.

My inches also dropped over the weekend and I'm pretty happy about that. Since I was in SUCH a cleaning mood, I tackled my closet and dressers and to a very nice suprise, I only ended up w/a small pile of clothes that are just a little too tight. I have found that I am able to wear my dress pants again (which I haven't seen in 5-6 yrs) that was exciting because now I can dress up again and not feel like a cow! I've kept the clothes that are a little too tight because most of them where summer clothes and I still have a few more months to lose before trying them on again. I am really hoping that 10 more lbs will make a difference.
