Wow, I haven't been in here since July!! I have checked in and read people's entries but have been trying really hard to be"normal" ..... lol .... whatever that is. Well the last two days my BS have been under 90 ALL day!! Even after eating!!! We ate dinner really late tonight so that may not hold but I feel good about getting it under better control. The Keto WOE is rocking the labs!!
My honey bought me my very first leather motorcycle jacket!! Fits beautifully too!! I'm getting super excited about the upcoming riding season. My bike was my present to myself when I hit the 50# lost mark and it is gorgeous.
At 100# I'm looking forward to a week long vacay - just the honey and I - 30# to go!!!
Maybe a motorcycle adventure.....or maybe international travel..... that would be so cool.
