This weekend we celebrated my dad's 70th and there was tons of eating and drinking. I'm guessing that might show up on the scale soon. I also forgot to weigh myself this morning, so I'm setting an alarm for every Monday to weigh in.
I'm happy to get back on track with carefully watching my calorie/drinking intake.

It was very motivating this morning to step on the scale and to see that the number had gone down! Plus, I put on a pair of jeans that had been tighter in the waist, and they aren't as tight! It really encourage me to stick with the program!

Last night, I drank two beers before practice. I had the time and the calories so I indulged. I will try tonight to stick to my one drink per evening goal.
