I feel disgusting in every sense of the word i feel like i keep trying and keep failing and that my husband barely helps. But he is right i need t do this for me this time. thats the only way it will stick. so thats exactly what im going to do. No matter what i'll see it through!

after more battles and eating way too much i have started my lemon liquid diet today:) first day down, have a slight headache but believe it'll get better. no exercise this week focusing on loosing fat:)

so im finally under 80 and feeling brilliant about it. working my ass off and will continue to do so. till i have the body i want :)
