Working on a new plan for the goal with minor tweaks, still doing mynetdiary/ it also has automatic goals and deadlines set for my on a weight chart. Now that I
am feeling better and the workload at the office is more under control can I can get more focus on the diet.

I have been taking more walks also, my exercise level needs to increase obviously.
