Update: 2 weeks ago, I set out on a qwest to lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks so that I may reach my WW goal and begin maintenance on my way to LTM status. The first week I blew it out of the park losing 3.8 lbs!! I was so ecstatic and thought this week was going to be a breeze ... but my weight has been literally up one day down the next up the next down the next! Hahah - So today I'm trying to be really really good so that I can lose like .5 oz and meet my goal at my WI tomorrow! So I don't know if many of you know this, but Fridays = Free bagel day at Einstein. It's so hard to resist free food! So my 6 year old and I stopped in there on the way to work and got a double chocolate chip bagel with blueberry cream cheese to share! So far I feel like I'm doing okay because we shared it right!? So I know I'm eating at Cheesecake Factory with a friend because I ordered a cheesecake for a birthday party tomorrow ... so I decide that I will decline the bread and get a salad and not eat any carbs. So I decline the delicious Rye bread and get a bbq chicken salad with dressing on the side. I take off the yummy looking onion rings that come on top and I get down to business sticking my fork in my dressing about every fifth bite :) I end up pretty much eating the entire salad and figure that I ate about 9 points because of the 1.5 oz of chicken, corn, black beans, avocado and dressing that I did have. I'm stuffed because I pretty much ate the whole thing, but I still feel like I did a good job because I did indeed make wise choices and resist temptation. Next on the list for a meal is Stouffer's Cheese Enchilada ... I know I know ... but it was planned to eat for like a week. I make it and count the points (6) for one serving. Needless to say ... I am now stuffed and just praying that that this food will digest and not hurt my WI tomorrow. ugghhhh .... please please please let me weight 120 or less tomorrow morning so that I can maitain within 2 lbs for 6 weeks ... actually I hope to lose so that will make it easier to not ever go over 122! Hahah. Thanks for listening to me :)

My wife loveeeesss.. cheesecake factory I'm not a big sweet fan give me meat ,potatoes!!GRRR Good luck to you I'm sure you'll do just fine IT'S ALL GOOD!!

mms: That BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad is one of my favorite items on the menu. It has about 1250 calories as is (accurate info hard to come by here for some reason). I usually share that and a cheesecake, some of which also go up to 1000 calories (the plain one is pretty close). Thanks for your comments and for passing by from time to time.
