i followed plan yesterday- YAY ME!! I still didn't do it with a smile on my face though but i pushed thru-
meal 1-- breakfast smoothie
meal 2-- refried beans w/ green salsa, black beans, pico de gallo, 2 veggie burgers
meal 3-- cucumber with hummus
meal 4-- grilled eggplant, sweet potato fries and mashed turnips
meal 5-- green tea chai with some vanilla flavored skim milk and a packet of stevia and a bowl of grapes
no exercise
