I just started South Beach for the second time. I just got married in August and regretted not being at my target weight on my wedding day. My husband and I actually started the diet on Tuesday, Jan. 9. We went out of town and I messed up a little... not too bad, but not perfect. Today is day 4 of Phase 1. I was in a hurry this morning, so for breakfast I had a string cheese and 3 slices of turkey bacon. I brought a taco salad with me for lunch (my favorite!). I haven't fully decided about dinner yet, but it will most likely be seasoned chicked and broccoli.
I actually weighed in at 130.4 this morning, which was down from the day before. I'm excited about my daily decrease! My workout plan for tonight will be 1 hour of pilates.
