Played "Just Dance 3" last night for 30 minutes! That makes 2 days in a row. I'm trying to prepare myself for the "Just Dance" 4-week challenge. I think if I can start building up my endurance now I'll be able to pull the entire challenge off without any problems.
I've really been staying on track when it comes to eating as well. I feel like this time around I am much more focused and determined than I have been in the past. I think that is partially a result of me deciding to do this for me, this time. Whereas before, I was trying to lose weight for my mother, not myself. I can't wait to see my results!
